Inclusion Criteria

Nasal obstruction secondary to inferior turbinates hypertrophy.
Patients older than 12 years.
No satisfactory response to medical treatment with topic corticoesteroids and nasal saline irrigation for at least three months.

Exclusion Criteria

Obstructive nasal septum deviation (Cottle classification grade 2 or 3 or anterior deviation).
Previous nasal surgery (except adenoidectomy).
Intolerance to procedures performed under local anesthesia.
Patients with multiple comorbidities, classified as ASA 3 or superior.

Primary Outcome Measures

To evaluate clinical outcomes in patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation of inferior turbinates and patients who underwent bilateral partial inferior turbinectomy measured by questionnaire (Nose obstruction and septoplasty effectiveness scale - NOSE), visual analogue scale (VAS) and anterior rhinomanometry at 3, 6 and 12 months post-operative and compared with pre-operative values.
