Inclusion Criteria
1. 20 to 65 years old adults.
2. ASA I and II.
3. Scheduled for elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
1. ASA III and IV.
2. Patients having upper airway abnormality example tongue tumor, recent head and neck surgery, facial deformity, maxillofacial fracture, inadequate mouth opening.

Name Time Method Predictability of difficult intubation based on predictive values of both the tests calculated from the entire data collected.Timepoint: At the end of data collection.
