Inclusion Criteria

American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I /II

Patients undergoing elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation

Exclusion Criteria

Anatomical abnormality of head, neck and thorax

°Use of cervical collar or having cervical spine abnormality

°History of head and neck surgery

°Any Previous H/o difficult airway

°Obese patients (BMI >30kg/m2)

°Obstetric patients

° Patients with inability to open mouth
