Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Cases with ASA grade I and II.
- •Age group between 18-65 years.
- •Cases with height between 150-180cms.
- •Patients willing to give written consent.
- •Patients with body weight 50-70kg.
- •Cases undergoing infra-umbilical surgeries performed under subarachnoid block.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Cases which has contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
- •Cases with ASA grade III and above.
- •Patients undergoing upper abdominal surgeries.
- •Pregnant and lactating patients.
- •Patients with psychiatric disorders.
- •Cases with history of allergy or hypersensitivity to study drugs.
- •Cases with any neuropathy or neurological disorder.
- •Patients with any ongoing therapies with sustained release opioids.
- •Any cardio-respiratory disorder.
- •Any hepato-renal disorders.
- •Immuno-compromised patients.
- •Diabetic patients.
