Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Cases with ASA grade I and II.
  • Age group between 18-65 years.
  • Cases with height between 150-180cms.
  • Patients willing to give written consent.
  • Patients with body weight 50-70kg.
  • Cases undergoing infra-umbilical surgeries performed under subarachnoid block.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Cases which has contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
  • Cases with ASA grade III and above.
  • Patients undergoing upper abdominal surgeries.
  • Pregnant and lactating patients.
  • Patients with psychiatric disorders.
  • Cases with history of allergy or hypersensitivity to study drugs.
  • Cases with any neuropathy or neurological disorder.
  • Patients with any ongoing therapies with sustained release opioids.
  • Any cardio-respiratory disorder.
  • Any hepato-renal disorders.
  • Immuno-compromised patients.
  • Diabetic patients.
