Inclusion Criteria
1 Patients posted for hernia surgeries under spinal anaesthesia only.
2 Age between 18-60 years.
3. Patients giving written valid consent
4. ASA physical status I, II and III.
5. Duration of surgery less than 2 hr
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients with renal and liver diseases.
2 Patients with history of renal surgery or prostate surgery.
3 Patient with Benign prostatic hyperplasia.
4 Patient with recent or past history of any psychiatric illness.
5 Patients with bleeding tendencies and coagulopathy.
