(A)ASA physical status l and II patients between age group 18-65 years posted for elective lower limb surgeries.
(B)Patients giving written informed consent for participation in the study.
1.Patientâ??s refusal to participate in study.
2.Any contraindication to spinal anesthesia:
a.Infection at the site of injection
b.Raised Intracranial Pressure
c.Pre-Existing neurological deficits
d.Bleeding disorders
e.Severe Hypovolemia
f.Patients with anatomical spinal deformity
3.History of allergy to drugs under study.
4.Patients having underlying systemic disorders (history of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, peptic ulcer disease, glaucoma, fungal or viral infection).
5.History of significant neurological, psychiatric, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal or hepatic diseases.
