patients who require removal of mandibular molars
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients on anxiolytic and anti-psychotic drugs
2. patients on habits like smoking and alcohol drinking
3. patients practicing yoga for last 1 week
4. Patients who need multiple extraction and transaveolar extraction
