Inclusion Criteria
1. Newly diagnosed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients diagnosed with other malignancies except ALL
2.Refusal to consent.
3.Symptoms of diarrhea, fever, documented microbial infection at presentation.
4. Hemodynamically unstable patients.
5.Allergic to milk and milk products
