in this study researcher will implement the modified m-health discharge instruction module which will ultimately help in future for post kidney transplant patients in their health and will reduce the risk of graft rejection. and provide them quality of life , the aim of this study is to provide quality of life so that they can enjoy their life as a healthy person instead of transplant person.
