Exclusion Criteria

Moderate to Severe Crowding and Irregularity
Periodontal Problem
Usage of Antimicrobial Mouth Watch
Antibiotic therapy within 90 days
poor oral hygiene
History of rheumatic fever, History of diabetes, hepatic, renal and immune system disease

Percentage of people with Candida albicans on orthodontic removable plaque and Clinical comparison of the effect of Zataria Multiflora essential oil and Chlorhexidine on Candida albicans accumulated on orthodontic removable plaques. Timepoint: Sampling and Count of Candida albicans colonies at the beginning of the study (before intervention), 2 and 5 days after spraying with 2%Zataria Multiflora essential oil and chlorhexidine. Method of measurement: Incubator, Autoclave, Optical Microscope - Ultrasonic Bathroom.
