1)All patients 18-75 years of age of both sex.
2)Patients diagnosed as ILD on clinical, radiological, and pathological basis as per the American Thoracic Society (ATS)/ European Respiratory society (ERS) criteria due to any cause.
3)Clinically stable patients without exacerbations in the past 3 months.
1)Patients with respiratory disorders other than ILD such as acute infections, COPD, bronchiectasis, lung carcinoma, pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis.
2)Patients with comorbidities preventing them to perform exercise training such as disability due to cardiac disease, neurological or orthopedic cause.
3)Already participated or completed a PR program in the past 1 year.

Name Time Method 1) Functional capacity measured using the 6-minute walk test. <br/ ><br>2) Pulmonary function test to assess the lung function. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline assessment pre intervention and assessment post intervention after 6 weeks. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>

Name Time Method 1) 30s chair sit to stand test for peripheral muscle performance of lower limb. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2) Kingâ??s Brief Interstitial Lung Disease is a disease specific measure to assess the effect of rehabilitation on health related quality of life. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline assessment pre intervention and assessment post intervention after 6 weeks.
