Age 18 to 65 years
Diagnosed with colon cancer and needing surgery
The cancer is in the second or third stage.
Pregnancy
The immunodeficiency
Progressive infection
Disorder in the respiratory system (arterial oxygen pressure less than 70 mm Hg)
Cardiovascular disorder
Renal system disorder
Hepatic disorders
The level of hepatic enzymes is more than three times the upper limit of normal
Serum hemoglobin level less than 8 g/dL with a sudden drop (more than 2 g/dL) in the last month.
Total serum bilirubin greater than 2 mg/dL
Serum creatinine greater than 2 mg/dL
Creatinine clearance less than 60 ml/min

Name Time Method Fatigue. Timepoint: At the beginning of the research, after 4 weeks of intervention and before surgery. Method of measurement: The Fatigue will assess with analogue fatigue scale (VAFS) and fatigue severity scale (FSS).
