入选标准
- •性别不限，年龄 65～80 岁，体重 50～80 kg，ASA I-Ⅲ级，蒙特利尔认知功能评分（MoCA）≥26 分，手术时间大于 2h。
排除标准
- •术前严重心血管、脑、肝肾功能受损疾病；神经精神系统疾病史；长期服用影响神经精神系统功能药物（如使用麻醉性镇痛药、催眠药、抗焦虑药和抗抑郁药等）；酗酒史。
