Patients aged 20 to 79 with trigeminal neuralgia or hemifacial spasms undergoing microvascular decompression
Patients who do not agree to participate in the study
Patients who show infection signs around the area where a cervical plexus block is planned
Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to local anesthetics
Patients with a history of craniotomy
Patients who are on anticoagulant medication or have coagulation disorders
Patients with psychiatric disorders such as dementia and delirium
Patients who difficulty to answer QoR-15K
