Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1 and 2,
Undergoing ACDF(1 or 2 level) in supine position,
Weight 40 to 80 kgs
Exclusion Criteria
Known respiratory and cardiac problems,
Congenital Diaphragmatic problems,
Local sepsis,
Bleeding diathesis,
Lack of informed consent,
Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics,
Obese patients.

Name Time Method intraoperative anaesthetic requirement and postoperative analgesiaTimepoint: intraoperatively for 1min and 2 mins initially followed by every 5 minutes and later followed by every 15 minutes till end of surgery <br/ ><br>postoperatively every 15 minutes for first 1 hour followed by every hour for next 24 hours
