Adult patients receiving selective carotid endarterectomy under general anesthesia (age 20 to 80)
Physical status according to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA class I- III)
A person who agrees to a clinical trial and signs a subject consent form
Children under 19 years of age, adults over 80 years of age
Patients with neurological abnormalities
Patients with bleeding abnormalities or disorders
Patients who cannot undergo nerve block surgery due to recent systemic or partial infection
Patients who have taken opioids for a long time or have a history of severe side effects from opioids
Patients allergic to local anesthetics
Patients with failed cervical plexus block
Patients in whom ANI measurement was not possible due to persistent arrhythmia
Patients who have had a pacemaker inserted or a heart transplant
Persons deemed unsuitable for participation in clinical trials in the judgment of the researcher
