1) Age of 18-65 years old;
2)Plion fracture diagnosis standard;
3) injury caused by clinical time < 2 weeks of closed fracture.
4) Subjects voluntarily signed informed consent;
5) correct understanding of the significance of the study, and good compliance with the observation and evaluation of the researchers.
1) those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria;
2)pathological fracture;
3)with a serious disease of heart head blood-vessel or intolerance to stimulate organs failure;
4) psychiatric patients;
5) pregnant and lactating women;
6) receiving other related treatment, which may affect the observation of effect indicators in this study;
7)Cruelly treated not according to stipulations, unable to determine the efficacy or data not congruent affect the outcome.
