简要总结

This study conclusively demonstrates that Deha Prakriti has distinct EEG/ERP Pattern, with Delta, Alpha, and Theta bands showing systematic variations across Kapha, Vata, and Pitta respectively. These electrophysiological differences closely reflect the classical Ayurvedic descriptions of Dosha attributes, thereby validating the neurophysiological basis of Prakriti. Overall, the findings support the integration of traditional Prakriti assessment with modern neurophysiological markers for personalized healthcare.

Table 1 : Prakriti-wise Neurophysiological Patterns and Functional Interpretation

Prakriti

Neurophysiological Pattern

Functional Interpretation

|Kapha

High Delta

Stability, emotional control, parasympathetic dominance

|Vata

High Alpha

Neural adaptability, quick sensory modulation

|Pitta

Elevated Theta

Focused attention, cognitive processing efficiency
