简要总结

It is a comparative study of two interventions that is mulligan bent leg raise and neurodynamic sliding technique to improve hamstring tightness.As it a comparative study it will help a larger population with Hamstring tightness to get the best of the treatment. Hamstring tightness is one of the most common impairments in the ADLs of patients. It can lead to further injuries and limitations. Therefore, this research will help in advances of the treatment and betterment of the asymptomatic tightness found in most of the college going students.

入选标准

  • Normal asymptomatic subjects with no symptoms of hamstring tightness Both male and female subjects Age group 18years and above with limited SLR ROM less than 75 degrees.

排除标准

  • Low back pain History of hamstring injury in past years History of neurological disease or peripheral neuropathy History of Orthopedic disorder affecting lower limb (e.g. femoral fracture, meniscal injury etc.).

时间窗: at base line before starting of intervention | at after completing of 4 weeks on intervention | at follow up after total 8 weeks after completion of intervention

次要结局

  • sit and reach test(at base line before starting of intervention)
