- Brief Summary
The minimum alveolar concentration of desflurane was calculated to be 4.17%, 3.53%, 3.33% in the 10-19 year-old, 20-39 year-old, and 40-69 year-old group, respectively. The minimum alveolar concentration of desflurane decreases with advance in age (P = 0.007).
