The inclusion criteria were confection workers of the city of Candeias female aged between 20 and 50 years of any educational level with a daily workload of eight hours who agreed to participate voluntarily in the research and who have not used any type of medication in the last month except contraception.
The criteria for non-inclusion were confection workers who were pregnant or breastfeeding who were using or who used any non-contraceptive medication in the last month who did not achieve a minimum score of 13 points in the Mental State Mini Examination ( MMSE) if they are illiterate or 19 points are read. The exclusion criteria were those who did not feel well during the technique and those who for any reason wished to withdraw from the research regardless of the phase of the study.
