Inclusion Criteria
Male; young adults; 18-30 years; healthy; BMI 18-30 kg / m²; physically active
Exclusion Criteria
History of cancer in the region of the upper limbs; infection; neurological deficits; musculoskeletal lesions in the shoulder; elbow; wrist or hand before the study (6 months)

Name Time Method Increased peak torque of elbow flex at least of 5 minutes after treatment with phototherapy of 60 J<br>The best response time is expected after the application of photobiomodulation therapy in 3 hours reaching its best effect on muscle performance<br>Redution of muscle fatigue with increased time of muscle contraction of at least 5 seconds
