Inclusion Criteria
1) positive celiac serology and or
2)Symptoms and signs suggestive of celiac disease
3) Confirmed Type 1 DM with positive celiac serology
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients already on gluten free diet
2) Contraindication to endoscopy
3) Presence of confounding diseases
