Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing anterior cervical discectomy and interbody fusion (ACDF) with PEEK and anterior plate From degenerative cervical spine disease
Exclusion Criteria
1. Cervical spinal tumor, cervical spinal infection, cervical spinal fracture-dislocation and inflammatory spine disease)
2. Previous anterior cervical spine surgery)
3. Immunocompromised host
4. Difficult airway
5. Pregnancy or lactation period
6. Contraindication to steroid (recent infection,GI bleeding or ulcer)
