Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Teachers enter the intervention, which in the questionnaire score less than the average score
- •Until now, they have not been donating or subscribing to a donation card.
- •When doing research, be teaching in schools.
- •Not suffering from debilitating and chronic diseases.
- •They have not been involved in brain deaths and student donor training.
- •the health trainer did not have a bachelor's degree in nursing or other medical sciences.
- •Peer group criteria include:Teachers enter into interventions that are pleased to provide training to their peers.
- •Before participating in the study, you will receive training on the organ donation and transplantation process.
- •One of the educators has a donation card.
- •One of the trainers is the secretary of biology.
Exclusion Criteria
- •dissatisfaction with the continuation of research at any time of the study.
- •attendance in another curriculum related to brain death and organ donation during the study.
