Inclusion Criteria

  • Teachers enter the intervention, which in the questionnaire score less than the average score
  • Until now, they have not been donating or subscribing to a donation card.
  • When doing research, be teaching in schools.
  • Not suffering from debilitating and chronic diseases.
  • They have not been involved in brain deaths and student donor training.
  • the health trainer did not have a bachelor's degree in nursing or other medical sciences.
  • Peer group criteria include:Teachers enter into interventions that are pleased to provide training to their peers.
  • Before participating in the study, you will receive training on the organ donation and transplantation process.
  • One of the educators has a donation card.
  • One of the trainers is the secretary of biology.
  • One of the educators is the secretary of education.

Exclusion Criteria

  • dissatisfaction with the continuation of research at any time of the study.
  • attendance in another curriculum related to brain death and organ donation during the study.
