•1.Angiography should be performed for the first time and not have a history of cardiac hospitalization.
•2. Angiography is not the type of emergency.
•3. All participants must be able to read and write.
•4. In the past are not under other invasive procedures such as transesophageal echocardiography.
•5. A history of heart valve disease are not known.
•6. Do not have cognitive problems and physical disability.
•7. Do not have a history of depression and anxiety and use of sedative drugs.
•8. Aged from 25 to 65 years old.
•9. They are not a member of the medical staff.
•10. One of their relatives are not Coronary angiography previously.
•Exclusion criteria:
•1. If patients are clinically ill and have not stable condition hemodynamically.
•2. Sedative drugs apart from routine drug given to all patients be prescribed.
•3. The patient does not want to continue participating in the study.
