1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of sepsis;
2. Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction;
3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Shaoyang Jianli syndrome;
4. Patients aged 18-80 years old;
5. Informed consent signed by patients or their families.
1. Incomplete observation items, lack of important observation index items, resulting in unable to evaluate the efficacy and safety index;
