Resident in the district of Harz, Burgenlandkreis, Saalekreis or Salzlandkreis
- living in own home
- no contraindications for physical activity, independently mobile (with and without aids)
- existing or impending restrictions of mobility that endanger or impair participation
- Sufficient knowledge of German to understand the exercise instructions and complete the questionnaires
- written informed consent
- severe dementia
- acute mental illness (e.g. depression, psychosis)
