ASA PS 1-3
19-70 years
Contraindication in regional anesthesia
Taking CNS drugs
Currently in severe pain
With liver or kidney disease
With cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous system disease
Conversion to general anesthesia
High level block of T4 or higher
