Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Elective case for surgery undergo to general anesthesia and receive non depolarizing muscle relaxant
- •2\.Hypertensive patient with SBP \< 160 mmHg and DBP \< 90 mmHg (stage 1\-2 hypertension)
- •4\.Age \> 18 year old
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Underlying hyperthyroid or any arrhythmia
- •2\.Patient who receive Beta blocker
- •3\.Pregnancy patient
- •4\.Patient who Body Mass Index; BMI \> 35 kg/m2 (morbid obesity)
