Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Elective case for surgery undergo to general anesthesia and receive non depolarizing muscle relaxant
  • 2\.Hypertensive patient with SBP \< 160 mmHg and DBP \< 90 mmHg (stage 1\-2 hypertension)
  • 4\.Age \> 18 year old

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Underlying hyperthyroid or any arrhythmia
  • 2\.Patient who receive Beta blocker
  • 3\.Pregnancy patient
  • 4\.Patient who Body Mass Index; BMI \> 35 kg/m2 (morbid obesity)
