Inclusion Criteria
Moderate to severe psoriasis vulgaris and/or Psoriasis arthritis for at least 6 months. Signed written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients under current exposure to any anti-psoriatic systemic therapy. Active ongoing inflammatory diseases. Patients that are unable to give informed consent.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary objective of this study is to investigate nailfold capillary patterns in 50 patients with psoriasis vulgaris alone or accompanying psoriasis arthritis compared to 25 healthy subjects. The changes will be evaluated only one time by means of nailfold capillaroscopy at the baseline visit.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method A secondary objective of this study is to analyze the impact of the psoriasis area and severity score (PASI), nail psoriasis and demographic and clinical data e.g. age, gender, duration of the disease, manifest cardiovascular disease on nailfold capillaroscopy patterns. Date will be retrieved during the baseline visit.
