This study focuses on determining which training is more effective for volleyball players, kettlebell or plyometric training, for improving agility, static balance, and dynamic balance. This is an experimental study.

Inclusion Criteria
1) Athletes with playing experience of at least 12 months.
2) Athletes with regular practice since last 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Athletes participating in other training activities.
2) Athletes with recent injuries.
3) Athletes having any fractures in the last 6 months.
4) Athletes with structural deformities.
5) Athletes with any musculoskeletal or neurological or cardiovascular disorders.
