- •Laboratory increases in pancreatic enzymes. Morphologic changes in pancreas. Past treatment history related to portal hypertension. Diabetes. Alcohol consumer. Administered beta\-blockers. Clinical condition that could have caused portal hypertension. Poor pancreatic study with ultrasound.
