Inclusion Criteria
- •parent and child intend to stay in study area for one year
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children with physical and mental disability
- •Children already on iron supplementation ( \> a week in last month)
- •Reported dietary restrictions such as gluten or milk allergy
- •Severe malnourishment
- •Severe anemia ( Hb \<8 gm )
- •Reported participation in another biomedical trial (3 months before or during the study)
