This is a study to see whether exercise with a soft ball could lead to early maturation of Arterio-Venous fistula in kidney disease patient who require dialysis and to see if soft ball exercise can help in early use of fistula for hemodialysis.

Inclusion Criteria
1.CKD 5 patients on dialysis/non- dialysis for whom Arteriovenous Fistula is indicated.
2.Willing to be part of the study.
3.Age >18 and <60
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who had central vein catheterization bilaterally.
2.Patients having complete occlusion of central vein.
3.Vascular gangrene.
