- •Age group 20 to 40 years.
- •The subjects having pain with vas score of more than 4 are to be included in the study.
- •Patient should be willing to participate in the study

- •Presence of neurological condition or disorder of whole spine.
- •Open wounds and skin infection over para spinal muscle.
- •Patientâ??s other than the prescribed age limit
