Inclusion Criteria
1. Male and Female athletes aged 18 to 30 years who train for at least 5 hours per week.
2. Athletes participating in individual or team sports.
3. Athletes who train either in indoor or outdoor environments.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Athletes who are immunocompromised or have a chronic disease that can affect vitamin D metabolism.
2. Athletes who are injured and attending rehab during the period of study recruitment.
3. Athletes who are consuming vitamin D analogs during study recruitment.
