Inclusion Criteria

Women who undergo Single blastocyst frozen embryo transfer

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with low quality embryo (a blastocyst score <3 BC according to Gardner System)

2.Thin endometrial thickness i.e. <7 mm on day of progesterone administration.

Primary Outcome Measures

1.Clinical Pregnancy rate inpatients with endometrial compaction compared to those without endometrial compaction. <br/ ><br>2.Clinical pregnancy rate based on the degree of compaction. <br/ ><br>3.Clinical pregnancy rate based on blood flow in the endometrial-subendometrial region in an IVF-ET program. <br/ ><br>(Clinical Pregnancy rate -defined as the presence of fetal heart beat at 6 weeks of pregnancy)Timepoint: 1.On Day2 of cycle ,patients will be started on hormonal therapy with Estrogen. <br/ ><br>2.On Day 10,an USG measurement of Endometrial thickness will be performed. <br/ ><br>3.On Day 14 ,Endometrial Thickness will be measured ,if7mm ,progesterone will be started. <br/ ><br>4.On Day 5 after starting progesterone ,Embryo will be transferred. <br/ ><br>5.on Day 14,post-embryo transfer BHCG will be reassessed to check for bio-chemical pregnancy. <br/ ><br>6.TVS will be performed 6 weeks after Embryo-transfer to confirm Clinical Pregnancy.
