入排标准
入选标准
- •All patients >18 years undergoing treatment for moderately severe and severe acute pancreatitis [according to 2012 revision of the Atlanta classification(21)] in Department of Surgery between Nov 2017 to Sep 2019.
排除标准
- •1.Traumatic pancreatitis
- •2.Pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreaticography (ERCP)
- •3.Suspected/ Proven malignancy of the pancreas or biliary tree
- •4.Non-pancreatic infection or sepsis caused by a second disease
- •5.Diagnosis of pancreatitis first made at operation
- •6.Medical history of immune deficiency
- •7.Pancreatitis patients presenting with shock and intubated patients.
- •8.Patients referred from other hospitals after initial management
- •9.Surgical intervention decided for infective pancreatic necrosis or pancreatic haemorrhage
- •10.Patients with naso-jejunal tube in situ
