Football performance requires dynamic balance and rapid change of direction during high-intensity movements such as sprinting, shuffling, and unipedal actions involved in dribbling, passing, and shooting. Although balance and agility have been studied in football players, evidence examining the relationship between these components in female adolescent football players is limited. Additionally, during adolescence, the neuromuscular system undergoes rapid maturation, improving coordination and balance. Training focused on strength and neuromuscular control has been shown to enhance agility and movement efficiency. Therefore, implementing targeted training during this developmental stage may optimize motor control and athletic performance later in life.This cross-sectional correlational study aims to examine the relationship between dynamic balance and change of direction performance in female adolescent football players aged 13–16 years. Dynamic balance will be assessed using the Dynamic Leap and Balance Test (DLBT), and change of direction performance will be evaluated using the Agility T-Test. Data will be analysed using SPSS software using Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The findings are expected to contribute to improved assessment methods and training protocols to enhance balance, agility, and on-field performance in female adolescent football players.

- •1.Female football players of age 13-16 years.
- •2.Active participation in soccer activity without any restrictions in practices (2–4 × week) or games (1 × week) over the previous 12 months.
排除标准
- •1.Reported vestibular problems 2.Low back pain and lower limb injuries that required treatment or that may have impeded performance in the past 6 months.
- •3.Undergone lumbar spine or any lower extremity surgery in the past 6 months.
