1.Cases fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.
2. Patients of both sex will be included in the study.
3.Patients above 40 years of age.
4.Patient without any other systemic diseases.
5.Patient giving written consent form
1.Invasive Trauma.
2.Malignancy cases.
3.Recent major surgery.
4.Immunocompromised cases.
5.Patients requiring emergency medical care.
6.Patients who have participated in any other Research study in last 6 months.
7.Those under other medications.
8.Diagnosed Rheumatoid Arthritis.
