Inclusion Criteria
1.Study include both males and females
2. Age group between 25 and 65 yrs
3. Study subject must have Triglyceride level >= 150 mg Plus any 2 criteria
given below
i) Waist circumference >90cm for men and > 80cm in female
ii) Reduced HDL cholesterol <50mg /dl in female <40mg/dl in males
iii) Raised blood pressure systolic BP >= 130 mm Hg diastolic BP >=85 mm Hg
iv) Fasting blood glucose level >= 100 mg/dl
Exclusion Criteria
1)Previous history of cardiovascular disease
2)Patients under allopathic medication
3)Patients with severe disease like malignancy
pregnant women
4)History of recent or chronic alcohol intake
5)History of recent or chronic smoking
