- •Moderate to severe ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome) (PaO2/FiO2 < 200 mmHg), consent to the study
排除标准
- •- mechanical ventilation for less than 12 hours or more than 5 days
- •- severe head injury
- •- inherited cardiac malformations
- •- severe cardial valvular pathologies
- •- presence of arrhythmias
- •- immunosuppression
- •- end-stage chronic organ failure
- •- expected survival of less than 24 hours
- •- pregnancy
