Inclusion Criteria

1.A score of 4 or more on â??Positive scaleâ?? of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) out of which 3 must be on â??Delusionâ?? of the Positive scale

2.A score of 4 or more on the â??Negative scaleâ?? of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS)

3.Educated, at least, upto 8th std.

4.Cooperative for assessment and participation in the study

1.ECT in current admission or past 3 months
