Inclusion Criteria
- •发病早，顽固性水样腹泻为主，改善饮食无缓解，粪便钠离子含量增高，小肠镜检见微绒毛变钝或消失，分泌颗粒累积，上皮细胞中可见微绒毛包涵体，高碘酸希夫染色和 CD10 阳性。
