Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing spinal fusion surgery in Konkuk University Medical Center and agreed to participate this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. American society of anesthesiologist classification \> 3
- •2\. Age \< 19, \> 80
- •3\. Patients diagnosed neuromuscular disorder
- •4\. Allergy to neuromuscular blocking agents or anesthesic agents
- •5\. Family history of malignant hyperthermia
- •6\. Decreased renal function (Serem creatine over twice than normal range, urine output \< 0\.5 ml/kg/hr, Glomerular filtration ratio \< 60 ml/hr)
- •7\. Previous spine surgery
