- •(1\) I have experienced training used for intervention. (2\) I was visiting a psychiatric department within the past month or had been counseling. (3\) I was diagnosed with depression within the past month. (4\) Have been diagnosed as having bipolar disorder in some cases. (5\) Within the past 3 months, I got a holiday totaling more than 15 days due to health problems.
