Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria : using cell phone and Short Message Services; completing written informed consent; literacy; no blind and deafness; class 2&3 heart failure based on AHA; CHF and EF less than 40%; not having malignancies, diabetes, renal failure; and age range between 35-65 years.
Exclusion criteria: not interesting for continuing; imposed disease such as pneumonia; death and cardiac implant; surgery and intervention.
