1)American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade 1and 2
2)Patients of age 18 to 60 years of any gender
3)Undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthsesia with endotracheal intubation
1)Patient not giving consent
2)Patients with Ischemic Heart Disease(IHD)
3)Patient with cardiac conduction block.
4)Uncontrolled hypertension
5)Patient with allergies to any drug
6) Cases with expected Difficult intubation
7)Pheochromocytoma
8)Patients with BP more than 180/100 mm hg after intubation.
