ASA STATUS II PATIENTS
PATIENTS WITH STABLE HEMODYNAMICS
1.Patients who had any contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
2.Patients with known hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine or tramadol.
3.Patients with h/o cardio-pulmonary disease, renal or hepatic disease, thyroid disease.
4.Patients with psychiatric disorder, h/o convulsions, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or hypertension.
5.Hemodynamically unstable patients.
6.History of any substance abuse.
